Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Here is how refunds work:

• Managed website plans and setup fees: Every managed website plan includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. Cancel within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of everything you have paid — including the one-time setup fee and your first month’s subscription.
• After the first 30 days: You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we do not issue refunds for partial billing periods.
• Digital templates and products: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue, contact us and we will make it right.
